Petromar Piping Systems is a pioneer in the field of advanced pre-insulated pipes and fittings, designed to meet the diverse needs of modern infrastructure. Our CoolPipeTM Pre-Insulated Piping Systems are crafted using state-of-the-art technology and materials to ensure superior thermal efficiency and durability.
At the core of our pre-insulated pipes is the use of rigid closed-cell Polyurethane (PU) and Polyisocyanurate (PIR), both CFC and HCFC free, guaranteeing not only environmental safety but also exceptional insulation properties. This high-quality foam is injected into the annular space between the concentrically positioned service pipe and jacket pipe, with foam ends securely protected by plastic end caps.
CoolPipeTM Pre-Insulated Pipes from Petromar are the preferred choice for a variety of applications, including but not limited to:
– District Cooling Systems
– Hot and warm water distribution systems
– Cold water distribution – Gas installations
– Industrial fluid transport
These applications underscore our systems’ versatility across different temperature ranges and operational requirements, making them an ideal solution for both commercial and industrial projects.
Service Pipe Excellence
Our commitment to quality extends to the service pipes we provide. Petromar manufactures High-Density Polyethylene Pipes conforming to ISO 4427 in-house and Carbon steel Pipes conforming to ASTM A 53 GR B standard. Additionally, we offer insulation services for Glass Reinforced Pipes (GRP), ABS Pipes, Cross-Linked Polyethylene, and Polypropylene pipes as per customer requirements, ensuring a wide range of options for diverse project needs.
For the jacket pipe, we utilize PE pipes, produced according to ASTM D 3350 / EN 253 standards. This choice reflects our dedication to providing durable and efficient jacketing materials that complement the superior insulation properties of our systems. Additionally, PPS is the manufacturer for the largest HDPE Jacket Pipe in the world
End Seal for Pre-insulated pipe is not just for the finished appearance of the pipe but primarily for the protection of Polyurethane foam from any external damage whilst handling, loading, transportation and storing and also from any external water seepage. PPS employs specially designed molded caps of standard manufactured thickness which is PPS own design which gives protection for the Polyurethane foam against any mechanical damages and water seepage and also PPS pre-insulated pipe its signature look. It is made by Polyethylene material same as of the Jacket pipe
Features of PPS Molded End Cap
Strong protection, Aesthetic appearance, Perfect finish, Easy application, Compatible with all Service pipe materials, Recyclable PE material, Maintains concentricity of Service pipe & Jacket pipe
Another main advantage of PPS End cap is that it not only protects the Polyurethane foam, but acts as the protection cap for the Service pipe from any dust or dirt, completely covering the face of the service pipe.
The insulation quality of our pre-insulated pipes is unmatched, thanks to the use of Polyurethane (PU) and Polyisocyanurate (PIR) as the primary materials. Following the EN 253 standard, we employ high-pressure foam injection techniques to achieve optimal thermal resistance. Our closed-cell foam structure ensures that most cells remain intact, providing significantly better thermal resistance compared to traditional insulation materials like mineral wool. PIR, offering a higher ratio of isocyanate, further enhances the thermal properties of our systems.
Choosing CoolPipeTM Pre-Insulated Piping Systems from Petromar Piping Systems means investing in energy efficiency, durability, and environmental sustainability. Our systems are designed to meet the rigorous demands of today’s infrastructure projects across Oman, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Africa, delivering performance that you can rely on.
